"I have visited many distilleries and had their tastings but this one was different. Six whisky's, from 5 countries under one theme.
All the choices were within the enthusiasts price range (£22-65) and alcohol content (40-53%). I didn't know that Australia produced whisky, but John had sourced two for us to try.
The best part of the evening, apart from the whisky, was listening to John's immense knowledge about the whisky industry (UK and Australia) and these choices in particular. He had obviously done his homework.
Some nibbles were provided to help the drinks go down.
